the hill incline of the local valley for miles around is greater than the sloper of the earth.....so over short periods of time, the rate of change will have a local impact.,....
This is the "average" drop per mile......so.....there are how many options for error since this also square miles.....
...cmon....have you ever squeezed a balloon.....the surface is the constraint alongside the internal volume (accounting for whatever pressure is present)....
The earth is not perfect sphere even if it is a globe, and it certainly is not even distributed...since most is water.....and the land then is mountainous....
cmon...biden is smarter than this.
**ALSO....UNIT ANALYSIS...
You are calculating the math wrong....
Drop per square mile does not mean the drop is based on squared distance.........
Its radial....so a straight line drops 8 inches over a mile......5*8 ---> 40 inches not 200..... and that is less than 4 feet which the hills rolled up while you walked five miles and down 400.....and then up another 300 etc
Or why not hover and let the earth spin.
Supposedly works for satellites..
