The cop with the badge cam needs to man the fuck up and do some real training. The level of panic he had was like the way you were after your first junior high school fight, all shaky with a squeaky voice, etc. It's fucking terrifying when police officers act like this. Part of qualifying to be LEO should be doing some kind of high stress obstacle course with gunshots going off everywhere, etc.
