THE scam is convincing people that they will. I'd argue that 99% would be better off on their own or a part of a small community of others.
We usually get scammed in our earlier years and exploit in our later years.

If you cant describe your job in 3 words you have a bullshit job. “I analyze data collection systems” bullshit job. “I am the gender affirming human resources interim assistant” bullshit job. “I’m a tradesmen” not a bullshit job.
A lot of work is in just trying to keep good records so you can prove your tax liability...
