Granted, I take everything you listed above too, but I’d recommend at least trying NAC in the fall and winter to see if it helps you. It’s affordable and I don’t know anyone who has had adverse effects from it. My whole family takes it.

No, just take the recommended dose on the bottle (1 capsule twice daily with food for mine) and you’ll be fine.
