You know it may be possible that we live in some type of holographic universe that is a projection controlled by some type of machine that creates a simulation. If so then we’re living in some type of matrix that we can’t get out of and therefore we can’t determine the truth or fiction of that matrix.

However, we can gain an understanding of the rules that work inside that simulation. Those rules are written in the language of math and physics. Those rules are simple enough that a guy with a few sticks measured the circumference of the earth thousands of years ago.

If you can drive due north or due south from where you live and measure the distance between your starting point in your end point then you put sticks into the ground and measure the angle of the sun at noon on consecutive days then you can also determine the circumference of the earth using some basic mathematical formulas.
