Looks like investment fraud to me. Elon the front runner, the investors get screwed, and then the kickbacks through media hype and business arrangements. Wasn't the Whitehouse recommending Tesla vehicles? SpaceX works with NASA? I wonder if that nets him half a $B to make up for his losses.
