a) it only takes one to cause consequences for all other ones.

b) suggested PERCENT (by the hundred) tempts one to consent to 0% as the foundation to measure from. This ignores being the ONE perceiving within ALL perceivable. Your foundation isn't based on 0; it's you, the 1, as the center (choice) of moving system (balance).
