If it's obvious to anyone with a telescope, that at least Jupiter is a sphere, why would Earth be flat?
One answer I hear from flat earthers is that other planets are round, but not Earth.
The other answer is that space is some sort of projection, and you're not seeing planets are all.
I know a thing or two about the geocentric model and might beable to shed some light on specifics. First off many geocentric's don't think the earth is a flat disc.
theres more then one view on the subject. Earth or terra firma (the land beneath our feet) might be a never ending plane akin to the how people view the universe as endless.
some view our earth as a closed in biome. iv talked to many people about this and not one of them believes that bullshit about a flat disc just chilling out there outer space.
well were on the topic of space we should talk about the planets and stars. so the word planet comes from the word plantea. which was wondering light. every single star in our sky rotates around the north star. its been like this for as long as humans studied the sky. nothing changes ever. They noticed that out of every star there are several that have there own path. the wonderers. these are our "planets"
all of which (along with the sun and moon) reside within the firmament, meaning theres no such thing as "outer space" galaxies or even planets, just us.
I was also very interested in astronomy when i was younger. watched the hallbop comet with grandpa when i was kid.
according to mainstream science the milky way galaxy is moving thru space at 800 000 km/h, "redshift" also indicates that everything is moving away from us and each other at equal speeds. non of this makes sense when you realise the stars and constellations in the sky have appeared to be the same for 1000s of years.
theres alot to it but if you got any question ill try and answer them.
Just as one can go jogging but not run a marathon, one take take a partial view on mainstream science on a particular topic as correct or incorrect without taking the whole of mainstream science.
I've asked this question before to FE folks and they had responded that the firmament contains a projection of such images.
More evidence disputing FE is satellites and, in particular, their data. There's PBs of data / day in remote sensing available. Would be quite difficult to fabricate such and even if they did I suspect we'd notice.
Many believe that the ISS is a result of project blue beam when viewed from earth, as it has a holographic appearance. It's a fact that there are satellites floating high up in the atmosphere (sometimes in jet streams) suspended by advanced balloons, not in orbit in the vacuum of space. On a flat plane long distance communication would be easy with repeaters set up. We have had land based navigation systems like Loran since the early 1900s that the curve of the earth does not seem to inhibit at all, maybe cause there is no curve.
Who or what do they say does the projection? If you're using a literal, and very awkward, Bible interpretation I suppose that is one answer.
Please don't confuse my ability to understand a point of view with my support for the same. If you don't understand something, you really cannot question it appropriately.
How does one understand something without questioning it?
If your goal is to understand it, the questions will be illuminating. If your goal is to dismiss it, your questions will be cursory
I think we are talking past each other. Peace out bro.
Sorry not my goal
Yep, rent free. You're at the stalking me phase.
Look into project bluebeam for the projection. I seriously doubt the ISS can be spotted on any clear night.
When we have the technology to do projections ?
I'm curious to see what the best image of Jupiter that you can produce is? Cause the nasa images that actually show detail are clearly fake. Like when they released images of Jupiter's aurora showing, it was identical to previous pics of Jupiter from years before, just with an aurora layered on. Shouldn't a gas planet be constantly changing? The red spot lasting hundreds of years is ridiculous. My point is wipe your brain of everything nasa told you and rely on your own observations. Cause to me, from the best telescope I've had access to, it just looks like a luminary. I does not look like a giant planet made of gas.
PS, Mars rover pics are all filmed in Northern Canada and greenland and have a red filter applied.
Also Musk does not have a tesla in orbit, the pics look retarded.
I didn't do night sky photography, the pictures exist in my mind.
I don’t think it’s flat, I think that technology is not nearly as advanced or far-reaching as we’re told. Remember, all of these organizations are lead by snake oil salesmen.
What makes you assume those planets are round, you can only see 2 dimensional through telescopes not 3 dimensional. IF they are even physical objects, just more lights in the sky giviven elabrote stories.
If Jupiter is flat or a projection, the big red spot on that projection, disappears over the edge, then reappears from the opposite edge, and moves slowly across the face.
So you're saying the night sky is a projection?
NASA is a big club and we aren't in it. Many of them are masons. Just a thought
Not sure if this vid is authentic but it is something different from what the mainstream is pushing... https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kTosRKKQ-Ng
Like many white suburban kids in the 1980s/1990s, I had a telescope. It was, at one time, as trendy as a rubic's cube. It was large enough that Jupiter was a brownish blob, with stripes of darker and lighter brown with a reddish blob. The reddish blob changed position.
Sometimes the image was more clear. I wasn't savvy enough in the preinternet days to know when Jupiter was at its closest approach. If it was higher in the sky you had a better view, less atmosphere.
