That chart, while correct, is always developed with hindsight after a bubble bursts.
You timeline guess could be correct, or way off.
Don't bother making predictions unless you have solid data.
I thought we were predicting mid august- has that changed? If it's in the fall it'll probably be October because that's usually been the case
