awfully cheeky to say they truly had an enlightenment period but for a few years so the intellectuals and free thinkers would out themselves for targeting by the government.
good point, i would like to think at some point there will be a critical mass of free thinkers and those who oppose communism who will do something. I think that point is near if already here, the main issue i think for most of those people is they are looking for some guarantee that their efforts will be worth it, and they will make some real change, rather than just become a martyr for nothing.... turn out like the J6 "insurrectionists" and end up in a jail cell with no charges while the commie government continues to march on like nothing happened.
