And I agree with this, its not just electronics either. But how they used to craft and build custom parts. Most everything is mass produced today so many people do not have the skills required to do what they did back in the day.
With that being said.
We now have way more advanced technology. We could no doubt build what we need to get there.
From what I understand, its not producing rockets or launching them that is the problem. Its what to do once your out in space unprotected by the earths magnetic shield. I doubt a human could live very long on the moon or beyond without some substantial jump in technology.
Umm, the patents are still on record. The patents going back for hundreds of years, or at least until they established the patent office.
History has been whitewashed because of this. Until you get some black guy inventing the bullshit for black history month. Nope already patented. But okay before patents the shit didn't exist. Really. Yep really. Whitewashed into ownership and invention. Despite peanut butter being Mayan. But okay Rome invented the Iron. And everybody else wasn't recorded prior.
Although they might not include military, or experimental technology at the time of innovation. They're classified. But are often on record for various clauses and audits.
To say they can't build shit from before is a matter of they don't, and not because they can't. It's because it's not profitable. Wait until they put EVs everywhere and what went wrong, autism. Where you have to purchase a bunch of other services and products, but don't worry it's connected into the Internet, just so it can monitor you, and sell you an even bigger number and subscription.
