It's understandable that this went to court. Twitter owes Musk about a billion dollars for violating the bot disclosure stuff that Musk put into the purchase contract, Twitter has to take Musk to court to try to get out of this huge penalty.

Your conclusion, thus was based on ignorance of tax law, which is understandable.
