Delaware is like the Vatican for shitty corporate laws.

this is a small potatoes dice game for table scraps for the big guys, and a little theater.

Elon got his cash out of tesla for a supposed buyout of twitter. think he will buyback stock now, or perhaps after the next drop.

Most companies are incorporated in Delaware due to the corporatocracy owning the politicians there. Is it coincidental that major pharma companies are heavy in Delaware. There is a single building at 1209 orange that some 300,000 companies list as their headquarters including Apple, eBay, Walmart, Verizon, American Airlines...

Over 50% of all publicly traded companies are incorporated in Delaware, as are 66.8% of the Fortune 500 and nearly 100% of US startups that have been incorporated over the last 5 years (198,450 in 2017 alone).

Because corporate taxes are lower there, many companies incorporate in Delaware.

Your conclusion, thus was based on ignorance of tax law, which is understandable.

You're primed to see patterns, sometimes those patterns are a product of your mind and not deliberate design.

It's understandable that this went to court. Twitter owes Musk about a billion dollars for violating the bot disclosure stuff that Musk put into the purchase contract, Twitter has to take Musk to court to try to get out of this huge penalty.

Twitter is saying they provided the information, Musk is saying they didn't. I am sure twitter threw some graphs as the screen and said "see? okay. next slide." Now it's up to the lawyers and a judge.

Many companies are incorporated in delaware. This is likely not a red flag.

The legal entity is likely located there

If you look in Twitter's 10-K you'll see they are incorporated in Delaware
