Upper Left = fleur-de-lis ⚜️ It's meaning is subjective but typically a nod to the Virgin Mary in Christianity, doubt that's the case here.
Upper Right = Heraldic Lion as in coat of arms symbology, or like used by Kanye in reference to someone being a Lion?
When looking at Marshall, he looks like a mix between himself and David Blaine. Did that military style airplane poop out a soul as it passes through his ears? Does the bright light that could be a pendant on his necklace indicate a nuclear bomb flash at what looks like One World Trade Center?

Well the numbers are what I think is a throwback to being a kid and writing stuff using a calculator.
1= Boobs.... 2 = He's ILL... 3 = Hellish (Minus an L).... 4 = Asshol (E).....
