Depends on how he will terminate the deal - pay $1B breakup fee or go to court with presumable proofs that Twitter have much more than absolutely impossible only 5% of bots. In the latter case, theoretically it could be end of Twitter, if Twitter/CIA/Fed will not bribe/threaten the judges.
I don't think Musk want to pay $1B breakup fee to his rivals (too much for attention whoring, even for Musk), so it could be fun. May be it was his plan from the beginning - start the deal, get access to the data, obtain necessary proofs, break the deal, go to court. Including Tesla stock manipulation, and other stuff, of course.
