There will probably be some incentive to turn in physical dollars as well in exchange for DC for a time being. Probably will have a deadline and then cut the useless dollar off entirely and it won't be accepted anywhere at some point. At least anywhere hooked up to the WEF machine. But if there were a global/national/bank "hack" or "blackout" or something, they'd probably try to reassure everyone that their dollars will be converted by the bank and you'll get a somewhat equivalent amount back in DC but in order to get it you have to sign up for their new little Digital ID program to prove you are you. With all the money they throw out at everyone, they could easily just start everyone at zero if it all crashed and then give everyone a starting 2,000 whatever when they sign up for the Digital ID/Social Credit System. You know, to make the world fair for everyone.
