What I would direct your attention to is what is not there. That is, as careful as these analyses are, they ignore two pretty gigantic differences between the two scenarios. One is that driving gets you there much faster, so they are considering your time as completely without value. The other is that when driving a car, you have a basically cost-free multi-passenger and cargo capacity beyond what any person would drag along even in a cart, and again treated as worthless.
You'll have to sort of dig out numbers from the reports, because they really do not want to just come out and say it.
