What is the sense in FREE SPEECH if there is no any way it could reach the MAJORITY that should RULE?

It is not enough to have only FREE SPEECH and MAJORITY RULES. They are necessary, but in no way sufficient. There should be much more to make them really work.
You need not just FREE SPEECH, but along with the unlimited access to audience, equal to what others (including elites/government/whatever) could achieve. If you have a MSM and conspiracies.win, there is no any sense to die for such "FREE SPEECH" unless MSM and conspiracies.win have equal access to all possible audience.

However, in Russian Empire monarchs was imposed by patriarch of Russian Orthodox Church. Imposition itself comes from Jesus who imposed apostoles, who imposed first priests and so on. In Russian Orthodox Church you could track the imposition of any priest or monarch directly to the Jesus. So, in some meaning, there was Jesus monarchy in Russian Empire.
