Here's the first episode in that story arc. I just watched it last week, and it's pretty good. It's got Joel McHale playing "Alex Jones," so there's that.
Pro-tip: don't bother with episode 3 (or do, idc), it's just your standard werewolf story and is not related to this video at all.
Thanks. Yeah, when they launched the season in like 2014 or whatever I was pretty psyched, loved the first episode, but then there were some rando nonsense episodes mixed in that ruined it a bit.
That's how that show always was though. About 3/4 were part of the story, and 1/4 were Moulder and Scully investigate Chupacabra or The Kid Who Can Change Traffic Lights With His Mind (remember that one?) Sometimes you sat down to watch x-files and it was really gay.

The X-Files covered so many topics you could pick any episode and it would match something happening right now.
Yeah, it's just interesting because they brought back such an old show just to detail all of these predictions from an Alex Jones esque character, years later.
