It's on a cusp of chance, and it creates a human tipping point, being exasperated by agendas to bring change. Until it whistles of its forewarning. Conflict, recession, shortages, disease. It happens almost every single time in history there is change. Change often forced by those who profit off the next means of power, gain, and control.
