If something is controlling another species. Completely controlling them. The more they advance the more it controls them. Every single thing is plugged into it, controlling them even more. It is controlling every other species today. They're all being monitored and assimilated into it. Until no sooner does it start controlling the weather, to control transportation. Speech. Energy.
