You need 60 votes to end the filibuster. Let's see, 50 dems plus 12 RINOs? It's possible, but you peel off three of them and with a person standing firm like Rand Paul, or a even a Dem like Manchin, and it means nothing passes.

This is not as bad as after Newtown, and nothing happened after Newtown.
