I really don't understand the DEF shortage nonsense. Like if you run out...Just...Run the engines without it? It's not like you need the stuff to run the engine, just to make 'emissions' lessened. Simply run the engines until you can obtain more of the stuff then keep using it. Oh wait, but I'm sure a few months of not using DEF will make babies cry and destroy the ozone layer or some nonsense, so we might as well shut down humanity's entire economy instead!
Individuals would probably be able to get away with running without, but fleets would probably have a harder time ignoring regs.
