It's deliberate. X22 means "double cross" in the skull&bones folkore. I think I picked that up from "Everything is a rich man's trick" ("these people are pirates"). "X22 report" = reporting on the double cross of the deep state. It's a pretty retarded channel but I like it anyway since the days of it being a Q baker for some reason and listen to every show. The guy sounds like a bona fide upbeat whitepiller, although often misguided.
