Ive been looking into this phenomenon also. This same flight also leave Uvalde to make one stop at SAMMC military hospital before returning where it left from. Meanwhile, tail number "N383AM", appears to be working in and out of Uvalde until at least 7 PM
This story confirms 2 treated at SAMMC, so I am inclined to believe these 2 may have been transported by this helicopter that arrived so conveniently ahead of schedule.
This is consistent with Jim Stone's reporting on actual events that morning. The pasty showed up in the parking lot and fired one shot at the school, then (this being Texas) a concealed carrier shot him. This was covered by the local Fox affiliate in a report since vaporized, but see Jim's site for a screenshot.
Because it was a planned, staged false flag event. Full stop.

One of the biggest criticisms of Sandy Hook was that emergency vehicles weren't allowed on scene, and no med evac helicopters were dispatched.
Here they were trying to avoid that criticism, but they were sloppy.

They learned at Sandy Hook that they should send medical help to shootings to make it look real.
