I personally think it was vote counting--assembling caches of Biden votes and scanning them multiple times.

Machines were used to cheat in the 2016 Democratic and Republican primaries. Fractional voting was used to rob Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump of votes. The evidence is a trendline when the precincts are sorted by number of voters.
