We've got an upside down .ua flag sticker here on a light pole in a liberal US town. It caught my eye because I hadn't seen an upside down one until just this week. What a crazy coincidence.
I've heard of the upside down flag distress signal but only on ships. Is it used generally elsewhere?
US Code Title 4, Chapter 1, Section 8a: "(a) The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property."

Ships quarantine. Until the NWO came along, and started raping.
It also historically meant surrender.
Today above, some other, rape. Or sometimes the death of military personnel. Frowned on, undignified. But not unheard of today.
