This is Switzerland... those weapons are not common.
Nearly every adult Swiss male (and some females too) have automatic weapon at home. When Swiss citizen released from obligatory military service he took the machine gun and uniform he had during service and take it home. And have to keep them until pension age. After that, if a citizen wish, he could exchange machine gun to the rifle. When I visited Switzerland, local fellows told me that it is relatively popular to spend holydays on the rural shooting ranges with own guns.
That is why Switzerland have one of the biggest army in the world.
Police with machine guns is not a rare thing in Switzerland too. You will rarely see them on the streets, but if you do, with some probability they will be with some serious weapons.
Also, take in account that this is WEF police, and that WEF bastards are very scared of population, so there is nothing exceptional that WEF police in Davos have machine guns.
Just don't be like liberal snowflake and don't suppose that WEF police will be gifting cookies to the journalists who are openly anti-NWO.
I don't give any appraisal to the WEF police actions at all. Just prefer to be objective. Journalists are not some untoucheable persons. And I think it is just stupid to go openly to the beast's den and then whine that the beast was not friendly and make a thing from it. Nobody interested in journalists problems with enemy thugs in Davos, that journalists perfectly know where they going, everybody want to know what they was able to uncover there. It's like a war journalist who talk about how scare to hear blasts and bullets, instead of talking about what is going on at the frontline.
