Refute it then, dumbass. It's so easy to refute that you didn't refute it. You have yet to provide a single rational reason for why someone would conduct that research at that location. And there's no evidence. "location location location" is literally your argument for assuming there's bioresearch.
Yet everything about that location would not make sense for a lab. Absent specific information substantiating such a rumor (which doesn't exist), what else can one do but analyze the suitability of the location for bioweapons research?
