I would start every message with a list of words that would trigger their systems. And probably start thousands of chats with thousands of peers. Every minute.

Unless you got a majority of users to do this it would probably cause more harm then good, as the people that spam the trigger words are also most likely to be the people that they want to monitor the most.
They have so much computational power that it's unlikely you'd big down their machines, and would end up just helping create their list faster.
Now if your favorite messaging client defaulted to sending those trigger words in everyone's messages, then that might be more effective camo.
In the late 90s 'jam echelon day' was a pretty big thing among the tech savy.
That JAM Echelon thing is pretty cool, but tbf, also in the movie I'm imagining, the white-hat hacker just mashes a few keys and says, "I'm in" before enhancing a bunch of JPGs to microscopic resolutions.

I think I like this guy's idea the best. It would probably make a good "meltdown" scene in a movie.
Maybe not "everyone", but definitely me. Here's two reasons off the top of my head:
-- A) verify its existence. There are fake tweet generators online all over the place.
