This is sort of interesting. Sounds like a lab was creating fake test results but using real names. Now they're dumping the evidence.

I wonder how common this was nationwide.

Any time someone tells you they want the FBI to investigate anything other than fraud, or thing that there are bigger problems than fraud.. they're committing fraud, or covering for friends who make a lot of money doing so.

I don't think that is true, but ill-gotten gains is a bigger deal than most people think.
