Since it was mentioned in the text, quick note to beware of the "fire in a moviehouse" argument.
Years ago (it may have been on the Freakonomics podcast), someone actually researched cases of fires breaking out in theaters. He found that in virtually every instance, there was remarkable order and cooperation. There was something like only one or two injuries ever recorded due to the evacuations themselves.
Yelling "movie" in a crowded firehouse is another issue.
Yes, and I'm not disagreeing with you. I just see that logic is a slippery slope. "You can't yell fire in a crowded theater." Why? Because its a lie that can lead to people getting hurt. Ok. Well lots of lies lead to people getting hurt. Its a lie to tell parents that their healthy children need the covid vaccine. Its a lie to say Frosted Flakes is part of a healthy balanced breakfast. Both of those lies hurt people..yet the speech is not considered illegal..
Im not sure what my takeaway point is, really. I guess just that free speech should be absolute, if you ask me.

So you're not allowed to tell a "dangerous lie" that can cause panic and death? Free speech doesn't cover that..?
So let's talk about the legality of using your speech to convince 8 year olds to take an experimental vaccine.
