who/whom is GIVING the orders?

Nature represents the perceived natural order; the many within ignores this for suggested orders by the few ordering them around. There's the collectively perceived natural order; and each individual response to it...adaptation to perceived (need) or ignorance of perceived for suggested (want). Those who ignore need for want are being parasitically exploited by those who suggest endless more wants to keep them ignorant.
