Klaus Schwab said he was creating exactly 1,111 Young Global Leaders. He announced it when he accepted the 'Dan David Award' (1M$) in 2004, why 1,111? (rumble.com)

People should always post links when they are available. It saves time, and time is valuable.

I mean if you think posting a link to an article about sacred numerology is going to be as enlightening as researching this topic for 12 years then go ahead and post your article. I’ll wait!

I don't think we are communicating. I am not comparing those things, nor did I claim to have an article, least of all about numerology. Your suggesting that people should research for years to learn something here demonstrates your bad faith. Your account should be banned, of course.

As we are under attack by a shill army, I have noticed some of them are trying to influence the community to post unverified--even unverifiable--content. These shills vociferously declare that every individual needs to do their own due diligence and that asking for sources is a sign of laziness.

Would you hold academia to that standard? Is source citation actually hand-holding and coddling?

Even from the top of my head, when someone posts something we, as a community need to know and be able to evaluate:

  1. What exactly is it you are talking about? Different sources on a single topic contain different information.

  2. Does the source actually exist, or is it a hoax?

  3. What is the quality of the source?

  4. Are you mischaracterizing what the source says or overstating your claims?

Sharing what information you have frees up time of a large number of readers so they can spend it on worthwhile things that benefit us all.

Maybe you are misconstruing me as the OP that brought the subject up. I’m merely a spectator here. This is a pretty complex subject and I don’t know of any basic entry level beginner guides to cite. Just know this ‘magic numbers’ isn’t BS. Jack Whiteside Parsons and the Pentagon could be a nice crumb to follow.

Watch as the account becomes deliberately obtuse in an attempt to troll us. The thread is clear. I am not talking about that topic at all.
