These days it would be fairly easy to fake this and spread it around. I will need to see a bit of the source and history of this video before I accept it as possibly real.
Yeah the ISS video is way better quality than this but it still has fishy stuff. But one reason to take cell phone video of something on a screen is to completely block the ability to analyze it for manipulation since none of the original source remains.
