God began with families, then migrated worship primarily into one nation ("people"), the true Israelites (to whom any foreigner was required to be accepted as a full citizen if he served God too), then developed this into a family of nations, and is now about to reveal the next phase of development.

Anyone who joins God's covenant is of his special people above all other people on earth. We are triumphalists, if you please; Muslims have nothing on our triumphalism. We are covenant supremacists, and the covenant people is above every other people-group. And this last fact has nothing to do with whites or Jews as a separate concept.
