Yea it kind of stinks station cams aren't working. The eyewitnesses cannot tell us which monster frequents those tracks like, cap'n stabbin, or rapey mcduff, or mick mugger, nevermind the lone nigger.
Wouldn't cctv have identified him? He's quite unmistakable. Where's the original footage?
