If its canada, it doesn't mean much. Even before covid, trying to go the "free" route for mental healthcare can take years.
Canada has this weird thing, maybe alot of metros do it, I dont know im from Appalachia so my way of life was different growing up there.
Where they pretend mental illness doesn't exist and they brush it under the rug, so to speak. Someone jumps off the bridge in halifax, it wont even make the news.
I find that very sad. That their life isn't even worth a 5 min blurb on mental health awareness.
