It's a gambit. It always is. Never trust a Russian. Of course. But tell me who do you trust? Your partners, for business. How is that flank today?
But how did he lie. He never technically said anything. But he left room for diplomacy. While obviously having another agenda. He admited to presumable losses. Why? Deal. Buy time. Advantage. Those numbers, are where. Which claims yours, or there's? A simple word, what did it mean, has suddenly created a much dumber mindset. Almost arrogance, this topic, above. It's probably better to leave dumb people with their assumptions, and that way it's easier to maneuver.
Who needs to win? The arrogance is quite amusing. But tell me the agenda?
Context everybody lies. It's called diplomacy. Factually where did he lie.
I will block you. Asking dumb questions. I am not a Russian. Never claimed I was. But I am not stupid.
You dump stupid all day. It is of no consequence to what is occurring. Who cares who says what. Gossip does, because it often keeps it amused. If it's only gossip where is the truth? Never in flapping tongues, because everybody will tell you something else.
Is it conspiratorial. Who is lying? Who needs to win. They're often the biggest liars. They will do anything to win. It often means lying. Can't trust a Ukrainian much. They obviously really need to project how they're the pig that squeaked. But was there another agenda.
Who cares much about gossip? Care to reiterate what those numbers are? How relevant it is to the much larger campaign. What is that strategy?
Or is there another pig in the middle, constantly squeaking about gossip? I think we're talking about the press now.

We are talking about Russia's statements regarding their losses and effects of the sanctions.

And now they are openly whining about all of that and admit that it hurts them.
No idea what you want to talk about but it is not very coherent.
