Pretty much, minus the cheese. Satellites are legit, they are just tied on balloons like on the Simpsons. Otherwise you would hear about them launching rockets every day for new sats.
It's some kind of dust, I'll give you that. There's a reason space and general technology-related conspiracies surged with the mass introduction of hard drugs in the mid-twentieth century.
In a way, it kinda reminds me of the "what the hell happened" meme showing everyone in two-piece business suits in the 1930s, versus modern crowds in garish outfits that's generous to call clothing altogether. Yeah, those first guys - also brought up with at least some modicum of classical education, including science and math. The modern crowd - hippie liberals and paranoid conservatives, who both think that homemade essential oils are the cure for brain cancer that evil corporations and the government have been hiding for years. And that's not going into the literal flat-earthers - the living proof that modern western education can't hold a candle to a couple of Greeks with a stick and an abacus.
The air gets very thin the higher up you go, less atmospheric pressure. It is 8.3psi at see level, but greatly reduces as you climb in altitude. This is why car engines lose horsepower as they climb, like in Colorado. In aircraft sense this allows for greater efficiency in turbine engines propelling them faster on less fuel. There is much less wind resistance that allows vehicles to travel in a less dense atmosphere.

Is the ISS also tied on balloons?
How do satellites that are tied to balloons manage to fly so fast?
It's gotta be Pixie Dust and toast cats with rainbows all the way.

The ISS travels at 8km per second.
Per second.
Do you think that is possible with air up there?
Did you verify that with your radar gun, or are you taking Nasa’s word for it?
