Hate anywhere that pretends to be free but strives to cost more. America has lost its face value when weakness is rewarded more, because honesty has become shunned. It pretends to care more about others while creating far more strangers. Until everything has a far greater price, constantly accosting more.
But likewise anywhere else where life is cheap and you're another fish in a barrel. Perhaps ranking requires face value, strength, endurance, ability, but it is through the gates of hell where every other demon is out for your one shot at it, and even then in the end you'll probably just get left out in the cold.
Neither, but anywhere where honesty from the fruits of the land, and the work of your hands pay, because its people care more about what they're achieving, than their stupid notions of themselves. This really doesn't exist, unless you carve out a slice away from it, and it has already taken out its flesh. The World has become much smaller, being connected mostly through its greed.
Finding it often requires far different cultures. Cultures where living simpler reward a greater lifetime of happiness. Instead of being in another rat race of rats screwing each other over their ill gotten fortunes, thinking they're all equal for having more. But forever constantly placing more rules and the confines of more repression, caught in a maze of servitude to power, status, and profit. Until there is no justice, less dignity, and far more distraction providing greater injuy. Any happiness becomes skin deep, bought, and never a perfect retreat. It always wants more, and it is never enough.
Wishfully the grass is always greener somewhere else. Until most pay even greater fortunes to live, but often find nothing from it. There is still beauty left but it is disappearing much faster. The land has been corrupted and it is wicked. Born to die, because living is worth even more.
Find it. When you do, keep it. But you won't, because isn't it found somewhere else. Until almost nobody truly does.
