I don't have any specific information on Colbert, but I would almost expect there to be a link. The work of researcher (and, sadly, ultimately disinfo agent) Miles Mathis shows these type of familial links over and over and over ad nauseum.
Just as an example of the type of links floating around but apparently totally unnoticed by historians or genealogists:
Abigail "Gibby" Folger, (fake) Manson victim, links to her direct ancestor
J.A. Folger, founder of Folgers Coffee, links to his direct ancestor
Peter Folger, one of the original settlers of Nantucket Island, links to his daughter
Bathsheba (or Bethshua) Folger, primary witness at the (fake) Salem Witch Trials, links to her sister
Abiah Folger, mother of
Benjamin Franklin, all around freak and deep cover spook
Get the drift? There are innumerable such chains that can be put together.
Did you really? I actually didn't know that library existed until I saw a dashcam video of a guy driving towards the Capitol and saw a Folger sign next to the road. I thought, "But of course."
So from that link, we tie directly to the Shakespeare psyop of Francis Bacon. The library's founder was Henry Clay Folger Jr, president and chairman of Standard Oil, so we connect directly into the Rockefellers. Folger Sr. was, of course, from Nantucket. And speaking of books, Peter Folger's wife, Mary Morrill Folger, is mentioned in Moby-Dick as the ancestor of the Folger whalers of Nantucket. So yes, Melville was one of "Them".
I could go on but it's pretty damn creepy already, huh?
Yeah, it was a cool shirt, but the fabric was shite and got itchy and I had to throw it out.
On a related note, Folgers coffee is also indeed shite.
I think a lot of occultism is based around islands and the coastlines, where people have access that normal people don't...since the days of the Phoenicians. You see the same thing with the Basque...the men were seafarers and the women took up witchcraft.
Ever seen the user Parcc_Narc on Reddit? He runs a website on Gibson Island in MD and how the elite plan things there...and a lot of what he does is try to pin down familial relationships.
I've actually tutored for the PARCC test as well, so running into that guy was cool.
On another side note, I recently found a very good musical artist from Canada that made a two-CD homage to the (now dwindling) use of ferries in British Columbia. Basically ambient music that is comparable to Brian Eno (much better tho).
Long story short, that artist has music under a variety of alts (MKUltra...), and one album he made is basically based around a Uriel magic square, and the songs are made for the "final stage of the Abramelin ceremony". Occultists sure do love their ceremony and pomp and circumstance.

I used to have a Folger Shakespeare library shirt.
I would say the same though....I'd expect a connection there.
Having snek as your family crest is a bit strange...

Was reading about the influence of Colbertistes by chance, and found out about Jean-Baptiste Colbert and how he changed French economic policy.
Also interesting is that the old Colbert was a "promoter" of culture.
