Yes. In Russian "reset" is "pereZAgruzka" or simply "sbros".
Interesting, that I permanently notice some weird problems with translation to Russian in US. Along with a noticeable amount of Russians and especially Russian-speaking Jews in US. In movies, manuals, even in making a prop for that theatrical meeting. I could not imagine why it could be impossible to ask or even pay $10 to somebody who speaks Russian to do the correct context-sane translation or just fucking ask Google.
Native Ukrainian here. I hate it when Hollywood shows Russians speaking in English with a generic Eastern European accent. The only time it worked for me was in The Hunt for Red October when Marko Ramius (Sean Connery) is speaking in Russian to Captain Borodin (Sam Neill). As the camera slowly zooms into their moving lips, the Actors seamlessly switch to English. Brilliant!
Just hire native Russian-speaking actors (we have many very talented people) and let them speak in their native language with English subtitles below.
Agree, that was done perfectly.
Exactly. Or find somebody bilingual with normal Russian and English pronounce. Or just hire two voice actors for dubbing in postproduction.
Interesting, that in low-budget US and Canada series you could find Russian-speaking actors (from X-Files to Limitless), but not in the something more expensive.
The only explanation I could think out, is that even minor roles in high budget movies could be taken only by people from their circle and not available for somebody outside.
Looks intentional to me
No, it never stopped
FF a few years to 2011 elections and GOLOS shenanigans.
