Yeah, I just mean, it feels like there is some kind of instrument that, when shit goes down and they try to put us on crypto, people are gonna say "omg good thing I put the money that was not in gold into XYZ" (T-bills or some other instrument that will be legally backed by something that can't just be absorbed magically or something).
Buy things that make or fix other things. Buy the materials. Use Youtube to learn how things things are made or fixed. Being valuable as a person in a place where money is worthless or not trusted, makes you the 'omg good thing'.
Example:
Woodworking was the easiest and cheapest to start learning with.
A pocket knife, cheap hand saw, and fallen tree branches.
Take your time and make a walking stick, 5-6 feet tall and sturdy. Get some cheap sandpaper or learn how to smooth the wood without it. Then, think about how you made it, and do it again, but better and use some linseed oil when you are done to help seal it.
BTW, there is a market for walking sticks, surprising what people will pay for a nice looking piece of wood.
Outside the rigged financial market?
Tangibles. Bullets. Tobacco. Perfumes. My c°°°. Etc.
Useful Barter items
