Bioweapons require time for the bio to reproduce in the victim's body. You likely won't just collapse out of nowhere. Chemical weapons maybe you would, there's lots of bad chemicals out there.
my theory is it was always a leaky vaccine. they gave the vaccine to different people at the same time in late 2019 and it leaked. It's meant to weaken us not kill right away.

My theory is that they've been dumping each "variant" of the virus in different locations strategically.
Also there was a story early on (like more then 1 and a half years ago) about someone leaving a mysterious briefcase outside the wet market in Wuhan.
But we'll never really know for sure.
