That is only beginning. Anytime soon they will discover that Ukrainians, suddenly, don't like gays and other LGBTXYZ+, don't trust any government, prefer cash, don't like to pay taxes, don't care about carbon footprint, etc. :) There will be a lot of sudden discoveries about Ukrainians. :)
The most reliable way to boost the economy is to war.
A million dollars divided into 10 people is nice, but what if the 4 of us vote to make these 3 fight those 3. A million dollars split between the 5 or 6 survivors is much better. No industry or productivity required, just pure profit.
