The same reason they picked Biden as president, the same reason they made an obvious election fraud, the same reason they picked Zelenski the fag as the current hero fighting for freedom and on and on.

It's to discredit all existing institutions to make future goals easier, probably a system reset with new leaders, or it could be to induce frustration of those who know, or to increase the division between pro and against said institutions or all the above.
