I agree with that. Russia has been careful with this occupation. The Russians haven't been bombing civilians to bring Ukraine to its knees like countries do in any other war. Just the ability they've shown maneuvering Eastern Ukraine shows how much control Russians have. Russia is going slow and steady, extra steady, and that exposes the situation much more than they can spin it. Escalation is the only way to intervene and chemical warfare can be used covertly to blame Russia.
