The lying MSM would have you believe that Ukraine is a war zone with intense battles taking place between Russians and the Ukrainian army. But..
-
The Ukrainian army was decisively defeated within the first 48 hours of Russia's operation. It is no longer functional. Most soldiers have deserted. Ukraine has been effectively demilitarized. That's why Zelensky is calling for foreign fighters. That's also why he's getting civilians to take up arms and fight. Why would he do it if he still had a proper army?
-
All that's left are rag tag groups of soldiers still loyal to Zelensky and whatever's left of Azov battalion. They're trying to wage a guerilla war like Saddam's army remnants but without much success. They're simply losing men and being chased around from one area to the next
-
Apart from a few skirmishes there's actually very little fighting going on. Think I'm bullshitting? Remember the wars of recent times, in Afghanistan, Iraq etc? The media constantly showed us videos of gun fights where you hear machine gun fire between the 2 competing forces. But no such videos exist of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Why?? If the Ukrainians are fighting Russians in the streets and killing thousands of them, where are the videos of it?
-
Most of the videos of smashed tanks are faked for pro-Ukraine propaganda. Either they're old videos fron 2014. Or they're manipulated. The Ukrainians pick a video with a tank and digitally add a Z on it. Or they paint a Z on one of their own wrecked tanks. While it's true that Russian hardware have been destroyed, the numbers are nowhere as high as what's being claimed by the Ukrainians. The Ukrainians did the most damage to Russian hardware during the early days of the conflict.
-
While some Russians have been captured by Ukrainians, the vast majority of captured soldiers shown by pro-Ukraine media are fakes. They're Ukrainians in uniforms similar to that which Russians wear.
-
All that's happening is that the Russians are blowing up the Ukrainian military buildings one by one as part of their demilitarization plan. Once in a while they'll fight off a small pocket of Ukrainian fighters. But there is no actual "war" as the MSM wants you to think.
-
NATO isn't helping Ukraine because there's no Ukrainian army left for them to reinforce or support. It's over. So that's why they are just sanctioning Russia. They lost Ukraine and they know it.
-
If you still doubt it, then think of the huge 3 mile long convoy of Russian vehicles near Kiev. It's been 4 days and it's still there. It hasn't been touched by the Ukrainian army because the Ukrainian army no longer exists.
No because of the latest battlefield tactics.
Many immediate positions were overrun on the field where they clashed to defend the border advances, and breakout from former separatist regions, and the Crimea. Some are still in place across the country, and largely still intact in others, perhaps across the West, but in the places where they immediately clashed on the field and in the air and sea. Like Chernobyl and a few ports. Kyvi airport has changed hands a few times and repelled advances. Like Kharkiv and others.
The tactics have changed into Urban retreat, and defense when fighting far superior numbers and a better equipped force, where fighting has been at its thickest. Supposedly taking longer for Russia to advance and indeed capture, as many cities are still in conflict. However they would be anyway as Urban centers. Like dated castles under seige took time to seige.
I am not picking sides. But that type of tactic has adapted on the field in modern warfare since places like Syria and Iraq.
But you can imagine cities using dead zones, lining roads with IEDs, and using so much of their environment for cover, and advantage, and also having hidden access across them from sewers, or metros, etc, and being incredibly dug in. While also using drones and snipers and even jamming, etc.
No different tactics. A tactic Russia itself knows and has used in WW2.
Stop down voting me. What did I ever do except argue a perspective? Discuss it except I am not very wrong.
Your descriptions don't really fit what is going on. That type of urban warfare develops over years of occupation (i.e. after you've won the war and are then trying to win the peace), not a couple days into a seige.
If you tried this type of tactic during the initial seige, then the invading force would just pull back, surround the city and lockdown transport of people and goods. Then setup delivery points for food and supplies that the population needs to survive. That early on, the population is completely dependent on the invading force for survival, and would actually turn on their own soldiers if they messed with access to food and supplies.
Capturing a city with an overpowering army is fairly straightforward. The hard part is occupying the area long term if the population wants to rebel. That wouldn't happen here, though. The Russians would take over quickly with as little disruption to life as possible, which would allow people to keep their jobs and homes and businesses once the siege is over. People who have jobs, businesses, homes and security have no interest in rebellion, so any rebels would be outcasts not heroes.
I am just going to say you're retarded.
There is no other description.
I will refer you to the battle of Stalingrad. For those tactics.
Okay but at which point haven't you understood it?
A city like Kiev was the 6th largest in Europe. The second city in Ukraine is Kharkiv. At which point haven't you understood how they're used by the tactics engaged? They take time to capture. It requires a huge effort. Easier today with the tools a modern army uses. But they quickly halt advances. Despite supposedly beating an army on the field. That city is also using modern army tools. Like radar jammers, drones, snipers, rockets air and land, and mortar, dead zones, boobytraps, hidden access, cover, bunkers, and is primarily dug in. Cities those ugly things are rebuilt overnight, look after WW2. Except for the rules and taboos for things like historical monuments and hospitals, schools etc. But it doesn't stop a nation using whatever means to defend itself.
I can even get into those tactics more. Shall we entertain the propaganda. How it is quickly deployed. How indeed it attempts to bog down. How it then sanctions. But quickly presents even more armaments, funding, and calls for greater support. The entire time is exhausting and harassing an attacker.
You can imagine like Israel hitting Palestine. A conversation I had about it with somebody else attempting explanation. Radar pings where a rocket or sniper has fired, any coordinates are automatically calibrated to return fire. An enemy is using human shields. Suddenly they've hit a civilian. Now let's suggest that enemy is far more advanced and has radar jammers, whoops, return fire has suddenly hit a Babushka, while it's operating all kind of drones, having also dug itself in with tunnels and bunkers, metro style tunnels, big enough to hide civilian population, but they're making munitions for any military.
Have you understood it, yet?
Ad hominem is the last resort of the intellectually feeble. Out of incompetence to address the thought, they attack the thinker instead out of desperation.
Please try to do better, if you can.
What didn't he understand after a detailed explanation? Where his ire drew my retort. Read his subtle tone. I'm literally cursed, I am empathic. It pains me to block it out. Read what he wrote. It was just insulting. It literally hurt my brain. Now you're saying please don't offend dumb people. Intelligence must suddenly listen to that shit.
I literally had to explain again. Instead of actually commenting about the subject. You're acting as fucking stupid. Another retard apologising for retards. Take a hike nigger.
Seriously I am not in the mood for this shit. I have had a day where I hate this planet right now. You are one of those people. Stupid.
