its a highly idealistic approach, which is suffocated by all the "realistic" human laws: help the weak + destroy the strong, all violence is bad, egoism is bad, let the experts handle this, megalomania is a brain disease, ... etc etc
the result (compatibility chart) is far from "set in stone", im just showing one idea, how such a compatibility chart could look like. with some determination, it should be rather easy to find the correct solution
