Yeah I have to wonder about the perfect timing too, how could they get Putin to invade on cue? Plus rumors swirl that Putin will set up a new kind of banking to solve the SWIFT problem, but basically now he has an excuse to do that. If he had tried to change the banking system for no reason, there'd have been more pushback. This may be the first step in them redoing how banking works.
